Food is good! Food is fuel! We need food to live healthy, happy lives, and the concept of good food or bad food, right food or wrong food, is just learned thinking. Now don?t get me wrong, there are better and worse choices we can make, but nothing is inherently bad, and everything is fine in moderation.
