However, when I was young, I learned the hard way that you need to make sure that you’re always wearing sunscreen when you’re outdoors playing with friends, and when you’re playing soccer, softball, or any outdoor sport or recreation activity.

In high school I was on the cross country team and the track team; unfortunately, many people learned the hard way that they should have put on sunscreen prior to being outside and exercising. Even if you wear sunscreen, your skin may still get burned and it can be in a lot of pain! However, you are likely to be healthier and in less pain if you use sunblock than if you forgot to use sunblock or just didn’t want to use it in the first place.
While you’re spending time outside, even if you’re just outside for a few minutes, you could see or feel your skin reacting to the sun’s powerful rays. It’s important to take precautions to prevent your skin from getting seriously burned and it’s significant that you do your best to take care of a health problem, such as a sunburn, as soon as you can, which is why I recommend that you buy aloe and keep it on hand for when you and your family might need to use it.
