  1. Take a couple of Aloe Vera leaves,  cut them into pieces and put them in a pot for boiling
  2. They must be boiled very carefully. Make sure that they are not overly boiled
  3. Flame off the leaves for a certain period of time and cool the liquid before drinking

Recipe 2 – light and lemony

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Lemon
  2. 1 Apple

Method:

  1. First blend the cucumber and apple
  2. Mix lemon juice
  3. Cut open an aloe vera leaf and scoop out 2 tbsp of the pulp and add it to the mixture

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Green apple
  2. 1 Peeled Orange
  3. 1 tbsp Aloe vera pulp
  4.  2 Carrots

Method:

  1. Cur orange, apple and carrots in pieces
  2. Now blend them into juice
  3. After, you should add aloe vera

Recipe 4 – exotic aloe vera

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Carrot
  2. 1 Green apple
  3. ½ cup fresh pineapple
  4. 1 tbsp Aloe vera pulp
  5. Coconut milk of tbsp is optional

Method:

Apart from Aloe Vera leaves, you need to bend all ingredients together. Coconut milk will bring a new taste in this recipe if properly used. Remember, this milk is generally used to augment anti-bacterial and anti-viral qualities of this drink.
